Gouda and Gruyere Fondue

Have you ever wanted some amazing, creamy and delicious fondue at home but didn't know where to start? As a self-proclaimed cheese connoisseur, I knew I wanted to incorporate two of my favorite cheeses: aged gouda and gruyere. They are nothing like your classic Cheddar or Monterey Jack. To me, this fondue recipe that I have created is essentially a melted charcuterie board. There's no more need to go to a restaurant to enjoy amazing fondue when you can do it from the comfort of your own home!
